See <a href=\"http:\/\/www.computerweekly.com\/Articles\/2006\/02\/08\/214109\/BorlandtosellDelphiandJbuilder.htm\">this article<\/a> on Computer Weekly, their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.borland.com\/us\/company\/news\/press_releases\/2006\/02_08_06_borland_acquires_segue_software.html\">press-release<\/a>, or numerous <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.borland.com\/\">weblog entries<\/a> on the Borland site.<br \/>\nWhen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/\">Microsoft<\/a> lowered its prices for <a href=\"http:\/\/msdn.microsoft.com\/vstudio\/\">Visual Studio<\/a>, and other companies like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oracle.com\/technology\/products\/jdev\/index.html\">Oracle<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eclipse.org\/\">IBM<\/a> are giving away IDE&#8217;s, whilst Borland only increased their prices, I knew something was going to happen.
